My wife and I drove 272 miles to see this museum and it was the 6th. doll museum we have visited in the Texas-Oklahoma-Kansas region. A nice lady told us about the history of the area since it was our first visit to Granbury, Texas. She then told us about the displays as were went from room to room. We were then allowed to tour the museum at our leisure as much as we wanted. We have collected dolls for several years and we have nearly 2,000 dolls ourselves. We saw several dolls there that we have and many that we don't and all were wonderfully displayed. We plan to come back to this museum again to see more. It is worth the drive.

Narrow Escape is an unbelievingly immersive and challenging adventure in which you must use your wits and problem-solving skills to find the clues and escape before time runs out. Can you do it?
We went for our twin girls 14th birthday. There were 6 kids total and 2 adults just in case they need some help. We all had a blast! We had a great time! Will definitely be back to try out the other room!

Our family loves this place. We go at least once a year. Take lawn chairs or blankets. They have an area where you can sit outside by the concession stands. The concession stand has a surprising selection (nachos, hot dogs, as well as popcorn and candy). It is fun to step back in time and our family has had nothing but good memories here.

Stopped here to get some info, and had a great chat with a young lady there. She only lived in Granbury for a year, but was very knowledgeable of the city, had good advice and was a PLEASURE to speak to. Good amount of info there to take with you. Worth stopping here as you first get into town. It's right next to the square, so you can walk to everything from here.

From Granbury Regional Airport to Shanley Park The Moments in Time Hike/Bike Trail is a brand new facility built in 2006. It is an 8 foot wide concrete trail traversing 2.17 miles from the Granbury Regional Airport to Shanley Park/ Houston Street Park, north of the Historic Downtown Square. Parking locations and restroom facilities are located along the trail. Along the trail, there are nine plaques dedicated to historical people (James Burton Burks and the Thrash Family), places (Comanche Peak, Ice House, Legion Hall, and Brazos Drive-In Theatre) and facts (Stick Horse Factory) of Granbury.
Really nice place for walking or biking- water features along the way, playground at the end, picnic areas.

Lake Granbury Marina is a great place to rent paddle boards, canoes, and kayaks for rent!! We have a great shop with tons of merchandise from men, women, children, sunscreen, life jackets, and much more!! Pull up on your boat for some gas and great fun.
We rented a pontoon and were very pleased. The service was exceptional and the boat was nice and clean. Rick gave us a quick overview of the lake and helped us avoid the areas of the lake that could have been a problem resulting in potentially ruining our vacation
