What a wonderful surprise! This unique shoppe is full of handmade items; from sun catchers and many other stain glass objects, ornaments, jewelry, bar and kitchen accessories-I am so glad I stopped in. There are many hand crafted wood plaques as well, garden ornaments and beautiful one of a kind tote bags. Something for everyone.

We are located across at 1700 Frederica Road #301. Take the elevator in the middle of the building to the 3rd floor and go right, we are the second door on the left.
I found Misty’s Element through the internet and decided to give it a try while on vacation on St. Simons Island. Am I glad I did! I truly enjoyed and benefited from several high quality reflexology and deep tissue massage treatments by Casey and Tina. Both excellent practitioners, and super skilled in their techniques. Give yourself a treat and book a visit - you will be so happy you did. I went to the Island Professional Park location for my services. I’ll be back!

The little store with a big reputation for fine handcrafted jewelry, Golden Isles Bracelet Co.(GIBCo) is a must see for local jewelry. Located in the Pier Village on Mallery Street for 15 years, GIBCo. is known for keepsake quality and comfort.
The silver jewelry, hand crafted by a local artist makes a lovely keep sake to take home to remember beautiful St. Simons Island. The shop is located in a very small shop which only adds to it's appeal in my opinion. The young lady who waited on us was very pleasant and helpful.

On a rainy afternoon we stopped in to look around and we discovered a wonderful teas shop. The selection is very good and the owner took the time to explain all of our questions. We had a wonderful hot cup of tea and enjoyed the conversation. The prices are reasonable too. We had a great experience and discovered a new island treasure.

Had a nice lunch on the patio under the trees. My wife and I shared a salad and a sandwich plate. Both were excellent. Flavorful yet not overwhelming and the portion sizes were good. Excellent selection of wines by the glass or by the bottle. We had a leisurely lunch, noshing, reading the paper, drinking wine, and relaxed but good service. The shop has some great gift ideas and a fantastic array of choices for oils and balsamics. Will definitely be back.

Pinball machines were all the rage? Well I don’t but I do remember pac man and frogger! What an incredible palace to take the family to. This large building is filled with pinball machines, video games, foosball and jump castles! They even have beer and wine (but is strictly monitored). And the jump castles are for all except when little ones are going in. I wish this place was around a few years ago. I would’ve let my kids play for hours!! Young and old and everyone in between seems to enjoy being here. Great wholesome fun. The best part was no one was on their phones!

Georgia's only Rum Distillery. Handcrafting Single Estate Old Georgia Rum from estate grown unrefined sugar cane. Located in historic downtown Brunswick, GA, on the Atlantic Coast Open for Tours & Tastings. Retail store and Giftshop on site.
We had friends visiting from out of state and we were looking for something to do. I happened to see a flyer in a store on Newcastle and thought it would be fun to try. It was fascinating- they grow their own sugar cane and do everything in-house. With a distillery in Richland and one in Brunswick, the tour educates you about the process and provides a 5-rum tasting experience. Unfortunately for my wallet, I learned that I really don’t like cheap rum but the Georgia select was nice and buttery. Theo gave us a nice educational tour and was very knowledgeable. He clearly respects the process and showed us the science and the art of distillery. My only suggestion to them would be to have souvenir-sized samples for sale. I would have bought gifts if they would have had them. It was fun doing such a great tourist activity in my own backyard!

The World War II Home Front Museum brings to life Coastal Georgia's extraordinary contributions during World War II. Through immersive exhibits and interactive experiences, visitors will learn about blimps on anti-submarine patrol, radar training to direct fighter pilots, building Liberty ships to supply troops overseas, and much more.
This is an amazing museum detailing the history of WWII on the home front and how it affected the area of Brunswick and St. Simon's during World War II. It talks about the merchant ships being torpedoed by German U-Boats and how this area of the United States rallied and built Liberty Ships, and trained WWII radar technicians, aviators etc. It was a refreshing look at the war and how it affected normal citizens. It is situated in the old Coast Guard station
