Crazy Island is a kite, windsurf and SUP center located at one of the windiest spots in Europe – Gokceada island in the Aegean sea Turkey. The wind here is 20 – 25 knots each day and often over 30 knots. The season in Gokceada is from May to end of October. Here you can take kite, windsurf and SUP lessons, rent kite and windsurf equipment or store your gear. We provide accommodation and transfer from Istanbul airport as well.

This place is really the best among all the beaches in the island. Camping areas, facilities are abailable. There is a nearby spot to watch best sunset from the most west end of Turkey. Sea is pure clean, water is deep. It is not a sandybeach but better than sandy.

This is our favourite place to swim on Gokceada because we like to snorkel and this bay is full of fish. It is very rocky and there is no sand so it may not be to everyones taste. We have been coming here for about the last 10 years and we love it but this year we were very upset to see the amount of rubbish that people are leaving around this bay. It's such a shame. You can leave your car in the car park for 5TL the sea is right next to the car park. There are umbrellas to hire and a cafe and camp site.
