Tanya and Sandy are wonderful! I splurged on the pamper me package and am so glad I did. Tanya’s foot rub and facial was simply amazing. I could feel the layers of stress melt off my body. Sandy finished with a 75 minute massage and I could barely keep my eyes open I was so relaxed. Have a new spring in my step now and definitely lighter without the stress. Highly recommend!!

This is our favorite place to visit in Glenwood Springs. Gigi (Virginia) at Le Soleil is truly wonderful. I recommend the intense but deeply muscle-relaxing ashiatsu massage, which is unlike anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. There’s a full menu of spa treatments, if you’re looking for something more traditional. Also consider the chocolate massage, which is a joy for the senses, including the delicious aroma of chocolate. Gigi also offers Tarot readings, and she is highly intuitive and insightful. I’ve never received a treatment from anyone else at the spa, so I can only speak to the high quality of Gigi’s work, both with body work and also the Tarot readings. Note: La Provence Spa is no longer located in the Hotel Colorado. It’s approximately a 5 minute walk from Hotel Colorado and the Lodge at Glenwood Springs. The new name is Le Soleil Spa, so make sure that you know where you are headed. You won’t regret it, especially if you book an appointment with Gigi (Virginia).

Simply Massage provides quality, therapeutic massage with a highly trained and capable staff in a professional and calming environment.
This was my first time going to Simply Massage and I was not disappointed at all. The facilities are very nice and clean. Also, I had Thomas and he was fantastic. I have a shoulder injury and he did a great job working around the injury and loosening up the muscles. Very professional and helpful. I will be back for sure!

Located between Aspen and Vail, you'll find the World's Largest Hot Springs Pool. The Ute Indians called it Yampah, meaning "big medicine." Soothe your muscles after outdoor activities year round. The large pool is kept at a comfortable 90°- 93° F and the smaller therapy pool averages about 104° F. Additional amenities include a lodge, spa, athletic club, grill and shopping. Relieve muscle and joint pain, or just relax and feel the wonder of a soak in our hot springs. Soaking in hot, highly concentrated mineral water has many health benefits. Increasing body temperature helps the body naturally kill harmful germs and viruses, eliminate toxins, and increase blood flow. The essential minerals gives the body a natural boost. You will feel the difference within minutes of stepping in. Jump in the large pool, at over 400 feet long, and "cool down." Swim laps or practice your form on the diving board. Bring your own cooler and snacks, or stop by the poolside Grill to grab a bite.
I've been going here for over 30 years with my family and friends and this pool is definitely a wonderful experience you don't want to miss! I go as often as possible :) The main pool is massive, with plenty of room to float around and enjoy the warm water, talking and enjoying conversation, with spectacular views of the surrounding canyon walls, which are beautiful any time of year. Don't forget to try some Jacuzzi bubble action in the hot pool and soothe away stress and anxiety. During the summer you'll love the water slide. And enjoy checking out the historic buildings on the property that have been around since the days of the old West! It's also no exaggeration that the mineral water has healing powers; nothing crazy unbelievable though really. The mineral water does wonders for your skin while soothing tired muscles, aches and pains, and if you have minor scratches, acne etc. it will heal quickly after soaking in the mineral water ~ no wonder the local Indians used to visit for therapeutic purposes. Never miss a chance to enjoy the Hot Springs Pool if you are in the area; at least stop by for a short dip!

Spa of the Rockies is temporarily closed without a set reopening date. Drawing inspiration from the rich, thermal mineral waters of the Glenwood Hot Springs Pool, the Spa of the Rockies features a group of mineral-based treatments that promote wellness and vitality. Thirty-four essential minerals are incorporated into certain signature hydrotherapy bath treatments, body polishes, body masks, massages, manicures and pedicures. The spa has eight treatment rooms including facial rooms and couples' suites as well as one specialized hydrotherapy treatment room for Vichy shower treatments. Other features include five hydrotherapy tubs for mineral baths and herbal soaks, two manicure stations and two pedicure thrones. Guests can enjoy a pre or post treatment steam in the locker room, as well as relax in the Serenity Room, a co-ed relaxation suite where soundproof windows give views of the pool without the noise.
You can book all sorts of treatments, from common massages to lengthy treatments. The quality is consistenly good, and the facilities are great. Good locker room area, with showers and a steam room. Pro tip: book a mineral bath prior to your treatment. It’s 30 minutes and includes high-quality aromatherapy bath products. My husband sometimes books mineral baths with no other treatments because he loves the mineral baths so much. If you book a treatment, it includes free access to the hot springs pool, and you can access the pool from the fitness facility (instead of going through the main pool entrance), which provides free towels and lockers. Gift shop has high-quality products.

Glenwood Spring's newest hot spot, Iron Mountain Hot Springs offers 16 mineral hot springs soaking pools and a freshwater family pool with a jetted spa. All are located alongside the Colorado River, just across from the base of the tram at Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, with Rocky Mountain views that soothe and relax.
My partner Sandy and I visited Iron Mountain Hot Springs for the first time with my adult daughter late August, 2019. Ample, close parking available, friendly, helpful staff throughout our visit, quick check in, clean, secure locker/shower areas, multiple (16 if I remember correctly) soaking pools of different sizes and temperatures plus a large family pool. Adult beverages available for purchase to enjoy while soaking. What's not to love? Great gift shop in the lobby. We left and returned twice during our day visit. Beautiful Colorado River views included. We'll definitely be back.
