Last week we visited Witch House and yesterday we ghostbusted in Ghost Hunters! Both rooms were absolutely fantastic! Most rooms I have done have been in Orlando with a regular team so I've been anxious about finding rooms in Scotland that match some of the set design and immersion there and introducing new friends to the world of escapes while we figure out our strengths. Locked In Glasgow did not disappoint! Multi-rooms with tech as well as locks made this enthusiast very happy indeed and created some new ER addicts! Witch Hunt was well suited for the 2 of us with plenty of different puzzles to solve. It's linear and non-linear mixed and i'd recommend it to both enthusiasts and beginners. A shout out to Jamie our GM. Escape Rooms can be so let down by the wrong games master but Jamie was fantastic and was always quickly on hand if we needed him (after we lost a pen down a dresser just before we needed it... oops!). Definitely Recommend! Ghost Hunters was a nostalgic nod to the 80s and Ghostbusters! The puzzles made sense to the story and though it took us a while to start and there being so much in the room we found our footing eventually. Though we didn't ask for hints, Calvin our GM always seemed to know when we needed a little nudge in the right direction and even those were in the theme of the room which I loved! There were some really fun puzzles and tech in this room and though there are locks you will definitely find less in here than in Witch House. It was for sure a test for our new team with less than 30 seconds left on the clock! No spoilers but the last few minutes were tense but adrenaline filled and super fun! Thanks to both Calvin and Jamie! We can't wait to try The Surgery next and the School of Magic sometime in the future.
