Chitactac-Adams Heritage Country Park is a 4.5 acre site located minutes away from Gilroy and Morgan Hill. It features the beautiful Uvas Creek and acres of historical legacies. Take a self-guided tour through a wealth of cultural artifacts like bedrock mortars and petroglyphs from the Amah Mutsun Tribe or the historic Adams schoolhouse.
We enjoyed going bac to Chitctac-Adams Heritage County Park. Parking and entrance is free. We enjoyed walking to learn more about the Ohlone Indians There are petroglyphs, stone grinding cooking stations, and more. There is a nice creek area as well.

Late October and early Nov is the perfect time and place to spend a beautiful fall day with the kid( s ) or just wanted to be a kid yourself amazing trees scape ride for the kids Time for bonding !!!

Gilroy Ostrich Farm is one of the largest ostrich farms in California! Take our self guided tour to learn all about ostriches and ostrich farming, from incubation to adulthood, and you’ll even get to see the miracle of chicks hatching in the Incubator Room. We also have alpacas, goats, sheep, rabbits and pigs!
The Gilroy Ostrich Farm offers an educational, and very interactive experience with many varieties of adorable creatures. This is a unique, and fun experience for the entire family.. Well worth the time, and in the center of farm country/Gilroy.. Don't miss it !!!
