We let the company know we would be on a cruise. They did not send us the meeting place before we left but provided a phone contact number. Upon arrival at Cadiz we found the number had been disconnected. We had help from two other tour operators that were very kind but also unable to contact our tour company. We wandered around for quite some time looking for anyone with a sign or our group to no avail, the tour was missed. When I requested a refund, my request was denied. They said other people were able to find them and they were not responsible for the inaccurate contact information. My error; I should have read some of the other reviews before booking!! Lesson learned, read reviews!

A must see in Seville, the Cathedral is truly awesome. I recommend going up the Giralda Tower too at the end of the tour. We had an extremely knowledgeable guide with excellent English.

Absolutely shocking experience, you pay all this money for not a tour guide but a taxi driver, the car was filthy as well. A real scandal, nothing is included in the tour. You have to pay for all the tickets so he really is just an expensive driver. I suggest you avoid and steal the places on his map and then take a normal taxi instead.

We were a group of 13 and booked 2 x mini vans. Excellent recommendation from Michelle of Tours of Gibraltar to take the Standard Plus Tour, which covered the area of interest that we wanted to visit. By using the mini vans we were able to access the areas that were non-accessable by the big tourist bus arranged by the cruise ship, this helped the old people in our group who have difficuties walking long distance and uphill. Totally agreed that Luigi is not just a driver, his experirnce and knowledge of the area is a champion. A special thanks to Luigi too to send back a drinking bottle to the cruise ship, it was left in one of the van by the group.
