We LOVE this place. The wine gets better every year. They are adventurous in trying new varietals. Always something new each visit.

The restaurant serves large portions of excellent food by very attentive staff.

You cannot beat the setting.

I word to the wise. It can get very crowded so get there early

Sbragia Family Vineyards

Come visit us at our beautiful location at the end of Dry Creek Road. Our winery is perched on a hillside, overlooking the entire valley with sweeping views from our terrace. Guests are invited to bring a picnic or purchase light deli items from our tasting room and enjoy the sunshine and vineyard views. Sbragia Family Vineyards prides itself on its single vineyard varietals and small case production. Varieties include Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon. Most of the wines are made from vineyards owned by the Sbragia family, but do include select vineyards from Sonoma and Napa Valley as well. Our wines have received many accolades and are considered some of California’s best.

We went here on the recommendation of another winery and were blown away by the views, the personal attention and the wines. Chris did a fantastic job educating us about their wines. We packed a picnic lunch and ate it at one of the tables overlooking the valley. I would definitely like to return!

Pech Merle Winery

At Pech Merle, we are devoted to producing limited quantity, delicious Sonoma County wines that celebrate the passion from the vine to the emotion in the bottle. A lot of wineries say they're boutique. We are. With a total production of fewer than 3000 cases, our family run winery is able to source the very best fruit in Sonoma County to produce a repertoire of wines that speak for themselves. Our Downtown Geyserville Tasting Room is an "up-cycled chic" celebration of quintessential California style. We are dog friendly, and ADA compliant. Our vineyard designate wines include: - Laguna de Santa Rosa Pinot Noir - Moore Vineyard, Russian River Valley - Oehlman Pinot Noir - Oehlman Vineyard, Russian River Valley - Cuccio Zinfandel - Cuccio Vineyard, Dry Creek Valley - Treborce Zinfandel - Treborce Vineyard, Dry Creek Valley - Alioto Zinfandel - Alioto Vineyard, Dry Creek Valley - Rocky Ridge Zinfandel - Rocky Ridge Vineyard, Rockpile - Cabernet Sauvignon - Hall Ranch, Alexander Valley - Cabernet Franc - Hall Ranch, Alexander Valley

Pech Merle was last winery of my wine tour, so I was totally drunk at this point. I'm 99% sure the friendly staff knew it too, but they took it well, and I think found it humorous too.

I remember the wine being "good", but can't tell you much more than that. They have a nice lounge area and a ski lift swing that everyone needs to take a photo on.

Hopefully when I'm back I'll be more sober to tell you more wonderful things.

We participated in the Winter WINEland January 13-14, 2018, and we chose this winery as our first check-in point. They warmly greeted us with our glasses with pink and/or black mustache decals attached (owner Jim has a big mustache). The whole weekend we were asked about the mustaches on our glasses! They make a lot of different wines and they are very good and very reasonably priced. We bought 3 bottles: Bettino, Chianti Mountain Road and Ancestor zin (total $114 for all 3). We visited 9 wineries over the course of the weekend and this was one of our favorites. Owner Jim is quite a character! Other wineries visited and enjoyed: Papapietro, Amista, West, Zichichi, Martorana, Mill Creek, Armida, and Porter Creek. And we stayed once again in our favorite Glen Ellen at our favorite Jack London Lodge and gratefully they survived the October wildfires and are doing well. Do not be afraid to visit the wine country. Still wonderful!!!

This was our first winery stop, so perhaps it suffered from an overly high expectation set. Small place, with a few tables outside overlooking the vineyard to sit and enjoy the wine (no outside food allowed here, there are picnic tables around the corner for that).

There are 2 flights of wine tasting available ($15/$25) - if not mistaken a flight of 4 and a flight of 6(?). I'd be hard pressed to remember the wines - to me. not very memorable, the possible exception is their old vine Zinfandel which stood out from the rest. But, quite "average" overall, to me.

We came here while on a winery tour originiating from Sonoma, CA. I thought the grounds were beautiful, and the wine wasn't as great. I liked the wine but not enough to buy a couple bottles. They had a lot of red wines but on a hot day it didn't feel so great towards the end of the day. I'm just not a big fan of the red wines they offered, but it was still a great winery. Loved the staff as well! Couldn't of been any nicer.

Stopped by here to try their Sangiovese wine as not all wineries have this wine available. The employee that helped us was very friendly and informative during our tasting and a majority of their wines are very reasonably priced. We ended up leaving with four bottles of wine that we had not intended to purchase and all of the wines we sampled were decent. I would highly recommend this winery for a visit during your wine tasting exploits.

My wife and I love Ramazzotti wines. We joined the wine club several years ago and have been enjoying each new vintage, year after year. The proprietors, Joe & Norma Ramazzotti and the tasting room manager Sharon are delightful and are always gracious and friendly. Our favorites are the Super Tuscan blends. When we have guests in town, our first stop for wine tasting is always the Ramazzotti Tasting Room in Geyserville. The wine club parties are incredible -- beautiful wines, good food and great entertainment.
