OMG - the ladies at this place were fantastic. We rolled into town after a very long journey exhausted and not really sure what Geraldton had to offer. In a matter of minutes, they were super helpful, had a fully inspired and even assisted us with booking tours so we didn't miss out. We quite fairly spent up big in their souvenirs section after this and what a fabulous time we had whlst staying in Geraldton... most of which I am sure we would not have experienced had we not stopped in to say hi and check this out.

Located in the heart of the city and housed in the former Town Hall, the Geraldton Regional Art Gallery opened in 1984 as the first regional ‘A’ class venue in Western Australia and continues to be the premier visual arts institution in the Mid West. Recently fully upgraded and refurbished this wonderful community facility features exhibitions accessed from various sources.
We were surprised to find such a high quality and large gallery in Geraldton and thoroughly enjoyed our visit - it was excellent with someone on the door who knew the art works and could discuss them, a perfect catalogue and a wide variety of art works. We'd go again.
