This was my wife and my second visit, but the first time for our 8-year old. We had a beautiful, sunny day, and we're fortunate enough to have arrived at low tide, when all the total pools and statues were fully exposed. We spent the afternoon exploring the pools, posing with the statues, and wandering around on the beach. Supper was terrific. Fresh seafood for us, ham for the kid from a very nice kid's menu. Breakfast the next day, which is included in the price, was also very nice. The room was on the small side, but we'll appointed - not unexpected for a B&B/art gallery type of establishment. Cozy and comfortable! There is plenty of artwork to appreciate here - from the creative statues outside, on rafts, and coming out of the ocean, to beautiful paintings inside the hotel and restaurant. There is also an area dedicated to displaying the owners' work. I would like to thank the owners and staff at the hotel. We travel with a service dog, a fairly large German Shepard, and they were nothing but accommodating. Thank you! ????

As the region's museum institution, the Musée de la Gaspésie is the perfect place to discover-or rediscover-the beautiful Gaspé peninsula. The permanents exhibitions entitled Gaspésie... A Grand journey! and The deep blue sea follow by the various seasonal exhibitions held at the museum revolve around the history, art, heritage and culture of the region's people. The museum is also home to the Centre d'archives de la Gaspésie, regional archives that are open to the public for genealogical and other research. In addition, the Musée also publishes Magazine Gaspésie, Québec's first historical magazine, which will charm you with its quality content and diverse subject matter. Come discover the beautiful Gaspé peninsula!
The museum has an interesting exhibit on the history of the region, a local famous singer La Bolduc and the different types of ships used throughout history in the region. Explanations are well written and helpful to get a better understanding of the region. One needs about two hours to visit it completely.
Art Gallery dedicated to film photography. All the photographs are from the artist, MLheureuxRoy.
