Incredibly disappointed and currently researching legal action in order to get refund. I’ve been trying to reach Karol Cardona or someone at the agency for a refund of tours and transport due to CV19 cancellations. There would have been 11 ladies and I traveling to Panama in April 2020. I’ve been to Panama multiple times, love it & wanted to share its beauty with friends. We are owed US$1,210 ($550 deposit towards tours & $660 for fully paid transports). We’ve been emailing and calling since March 2020 with no response or acknowledgment. We’ve even offered that the monies be paid back in increments recognizing that the business may have been adversely affected by the pandemic. Again, no response or acknowledgment. The troubling part is that other Panamanian companies were in constant communication with us and repaid our monies back in increments. We would not recommend this business based on unethical business practices and a major fail in customer service.

We were lucky to have a private tour. John is such a friendly and knowledgeable person/guide. He did not leave any questions we had unanswered, not just about the Panama Canal and nature but also about other Panama topics. He clearly loves this county ???????? He was very punctual when he picked us up at our hotel. We saw ships in the canal 3 kinds of monkeys and many different birds. 2 kinds of Tucans. I would recommend this to everyone!

This company obviously has many different tours and if they are anything like the one we did then you will get your moneys worth. We opted for the city tour which took in the Panama canal at the Miraflores Lock, the Old Town and the Causeway with lunch included at a local resteraunt. Very good value. Small groups too.

This tour starts in the morning at Gamboa park. You will navigate in the Gatun Lake together with cruises, vessels, container ships or even submarines as they cross the Panama Canal As you navigate the Gatun Lake you will encounter different animals that live in the rainforest surrounding the lake like sloths, different kinds of monkeys, iguanas, crocodiles, birds, etc. You will be taken to a beautiful spring fed water hole by canoe but for the adventurous, kayaks are available as well as fishing at the lake.

This trip was just enough. The partial transit put us on the water with the rising water levels of the locks, a relatively short period of time moving from one to the other. The boat was of a good size with good views of the happenings. Our guide JC was knowledgeable and friendly as were the rest of the crew. We were served breakfast and lunch while aboard ship. My one complaint is that finding the point of departure was challenging. I had given myself 30 minutes to be lost and just made it to the boat prior to launch. This 5 hour activity is time well spent.

We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel thus had no need to rent a car. The tour itself had great variety of stops so that we felt we got a great overview of the area. Our driver was very knowledgable about every stop that we made and the lunch stop was delicious.

Dennis was a great tour guide. It’s super nice to have a private tour and someone to inform you of the country and canal history, instead of simply watching a boat go by and leaving. Dennis also took us out to Old City and the Bay to see the city from another angle.
This is the most complete Eco-friendly Experience Ever in the Panama Canal. A great ride in the Panama Canal lake alongside of other ships cruising the canal, including Cruise Ships and that alone is gold.Visit the different monkey’s islands. from an Ordinary experience to an Extra-Ordinary ecological experience. We visit the exhibitions center where many species can be observed and of course the Sloth Sanctuary visit. You learn highly important ecological knowledge that are imparted by the local guides on the site. Mixed with hiking in the Soberania National Park, the same location as the former US pipeline location, sometimes birds, monkeys and other species can also be observed in that area. Including in this experience is a VIP Lunch (Buffet) in one of the restaurants of the Hotel, one of the restaurants is located by the lake where Caiman are often seen and the other one attached to the Hotel with the lake view. This tour runs with a minimum of 4 participants.

It was also great to kayaking around the Island enjoying the amazing view and weather that the Caribbean can offer us!! Knowing about Portobello and it's history completes the tour!

After a 10-month closure, this wonderful place is again welcoming guests for amazing jungle experiences. If you want to see the jungle and Panama canal from a distance, you can go on a cruise, but if you want to actually experience the jungle and actually cross the canal in a fun ride in a small boat, come here. Here we had up-close encounters with monkeys and crocodiles, caught fish, kayaked to a waterfall that I swam in and spotted parrots, toucans, and howler monkeys from the sundeck of the boat. There's more adventures available here we didn't even do. Everything is clean, food freshly prepared and very good and beds comfortable. We almost settled for just one night here but I'm so glad we stayed two! My wife and I have visited central America 10 times and this is our favorite place we've stayed.
