For visitors, the best thing about Galway is that you can walk everywhere. As soon as you arrive, enjoy a walk through the city streets. There, you'll find lively pubs, independent shops and winding cobblestone streets packed with students, artists, writers and craftspeople. You may even hear Gaelic spoken. For a day trip, take a ferry to the island of Inis Mor. You'll return refreshed by the ocean air and Inis Mor's breathtaking scenery. Oh, and be sure to wear sunscreen on the island, no matter how chilly it is. (Just trust us, okay?)

We had an amazing time learning about oysters and all sorts of local marine life including crabs, starfish, lobsters, sponges... it was really great! We learned how to properly shuck oysters; Gerry was extremely informative and generous. We definitely recommend this experience to everyone. PS: watch out for the lobster, she’s very protective of her space (or prob just wants to make new friends) ;)

This was by far the best tour we went on during our trip. All the places we visited are so beautiful and breathtaking. We were able to take our time at every location. We didn't feel rushed at all. James was the best guide. He is so knowledgeable. We learned so much about the history of Ireland and Northern Ireland. James is such cool guy and we are blessed we got to meet him. He recommended some great places. We are dying to go back. We will definitely be in touch for a future tour. We also did the Black taxi tour which is so interesting and informative. We recommend that as well, it is heartbreaking but very eyeopening. We are very glad to have had the opportunity to attend the Black taxi tour as well.

Sean was a phenomenal tour guide and extremely safe driver; his vehicle was new and meticulous. We only had a few short hours, yet Sean offered suggestions of additional sites to visit that not only enhanced our tour, but really made our trip with Sean the highlight of our Ireland adventure. Sean was easy to communicate with and knowledgeable. Kudos to Sean for a memorable visit to Connemara! Sean will be our go to for future visits to Connemara.
