The first dive is a unique experience to live: - Spend an afternoon at sea: boat navigation on an island near Saint-Raphaël - After a full briefing on the activity, dive in confidence with a state-certified instructor for 20 minutes (one instructor per person). You will discover Mediterranean life (fish, octopus, sea urchins, starfish, etc.), the sensations of breathing underwater (6m max) - before and after your baptism you can swim and snorkel around the island (we stay about 90 minutes on site) - tea and sweets on the boat (CURRENTLY NO TEA OR CANDY DUE TO OUR NEW HEALTH MEASURES) A baptismal certificate will then be issued to you for your first underwater experience on your return to port, around 5 p.m. This activity is open to everyone from 8 years old (parental authorization required for minors). You will need: swimsuit, water !, sunglasses, towel.

Put on your sneakers, in order to explore this forest massif, throughout an easy ramble about 2 hours, enjoy spectacular views, and dominate the mountain range and the sea. During the afternoon, visit the Cocteau Chapelle. And, immerse yourself into the specialties of Esterel depending on the season : the traditional growing of the "Mimosa" (from January to March), the honey making (from May to October) and the Olive Oil production( in October). The Discovery Pack will delight all fans of aquatic sensations. - You will spend 3 afternoons at sea: navigation by boat on an island near Saint-Raphaël. The first afternoon, you will discover the marine environment, the use of fins, mask and snorkel. For the second afternoon, it will be your first dive, alone with an instructor and the last afternoon, exploration diving in the 0-6m zone. The fun underwater will be enhanced as you begin to master your stabilization. You will be able to make the most of the beauties of the underwater world. This activity is open to everyone from 8 years old. No medical certificate required. Only parental authorization is necessary for minors. Think of : Swimsuit, sunglasses, towel (and warm clothes for the more cautious). Tea and sweets are self-service on the boat (!! Not currently with COVID sanitary measures: Remember to take water with you !!)
