This park offers visitors seven miles of beach, two swimming pools, a boardwalk and games.
First, be prepared for high tide. Our beach towels and chairs were soaked around 12:30pm even though it was far behind waterline in the morning.
Other than our tidal happening, the beach is great. Very good quality sand quite environment. I like the idea of no amplified sound rule.
We used a concession at the field 6 and the food is good.

Wow,things are getting worse everytime you visit this place. More restaurants are closing down, and the envirement is getting so unsafe its not funny. You use to feel safe taking your baby for a walk down the street, but i would never do that now.The quality of these restaurants are terrible, and half of them cut down a side,so now its just your meat and one side dish for all the money your spending. From now on i will go to point lookout, its such a cute town, they have great restaurants, and you feel safe walking at all times of night.Lots of people in the town ride bikes instead of taking their cars because its such a small town.Maybe i will come to the mile for a drink and in certain areas only

We went there for a family outing today and we were surprised to find this wonderful gem. Although this museum appear small at first, it is not, There is a lot to see, aircraft exhibits, space exhibits, interactive exhibits, multiple floors of exhibits, a Fireman's Museum and a cafe. Today we visited the space exhibits. They have thing such as real LEM Moon Lander. space suits, rockets and much more. We also visited the airplane hanger where they a a A-6F Airplane, F-14 Tom Cat Airplane and a A-10 Warthog Airplane. There is so much to see that it will take you multiple days to explore it. There are multiple floors and a skywalk where you can see the exhibits from above the main floor. This is great place for children. There is a lot to see and learn. We will be returning.

$8 parking fee, cash only, no cards. $2 for carousel ride, and it's a seemingly longer ride than most carousels. Bathroom nearby, although I don't recall seeing changing table in men's room. Nice shaded, clean grassy areas for picnics, and playground has nice, soft, spongy surface with swings and other playground equipment. Easy on and off Southern State Parkway. There may be food concessions but I did not see them either. Regardless, recommend, will be back.

My husband and I took our daughter and granddaughter to dinner. The ambiance was very good. We were able to talk and enjoy the meal. The service was excellent. Everyone enjoyed their dinner. I had the liver and bacon and onions......I almost never find this dish on the menu....so I ordered it. It was deliciously perfect! We did not have dessert. I recommend this restaurant for pub type food!

Offers a variety of things. There is a kids animal farm, there are walking trails of various lengths and difficulty. If you take the one to the top of the grounds you can see the a joining 9 hole golf course which has been greatly improved, the surrounding ocean and the skyline of Manhattan. You can also fish off the pier.

You and your team get locked in a fully themed room. The clock starts as soon as you enter. You have 60 heart pounding minutes to solve the puzzles, find the clues, and get out. You need to think outside of the box and think fast. Can You Escape? Many will try, few will succeed.
Karli was amazing as a game master. Staff was super friendly and encouraging as usual. Second time going and I can't say enough good things about this establishment. It is a MUST if you are in the area!
