Columbine Lake Trail

Reviewed By GRfamily49506 - Milwaukee, United States

This was one of the most beautiful hikes we have taken in the past two years in Colorado. It offers diverse scenery off Meadows rocks and high mountains. The trail starts off moderately for the first 2 miles with the last section offering more of an incline and a bit of a challenge (totally doable). The lake at the end of the trail is absolutely spectacular and worth the trip. Trail head is at the end of a very long and bumpy dirt road so a word of warning here- take it easy on your vehicle! Enjoy!!!
