We are more than your average Pilates studio. At CREW Pilates, we are also passionate about providing a high level of service to our clients with trainers who know their stuff. Our fully equipped studio is open-plan, offering loads of natural light. And we’re located in the heart of Antibes, a short walk from Port Vauban and all major tourist areas. Our signature outdoor sessions are ideal for clients who want to experience Antibes Port Vauban, the largest private marina in the Mediterranean.

Our villa is called "Roman Villa" for its roman architectural elements, situated on the trace of the famous roman aqueduct, leading from Uzès to the PONT DU GARD and Nîmes. The element water is omnipresent in our house: "SANITAS PER AQUAM" ! Water fountains, wall fountains, underground water flows, ZEN Japanese garden, swimming pool, steam bath, jacuzzi, sauna house, private showers, garden showers, etc. 30km northeast of Avignon (PROVENCE) or Nîmes (Gard) - we are situated in beautiful and sunny South of France. The "Roman villa" and its SPA privé is surrounded by a big garden, featuring a private and heated pool, remote sauna house, roman bath (steam house / hammam), sports rooms for yoga lessons and workshops (see our calendar), a garden bistro where we serve our organic Ayurvedic food and big greens areas where to relax and bath in bright sunlight or in the shadow of our gorgeous Mediterranean vegetation. Wellness treatments such as massages on request. We also organize romantic occasions or group events, such as bridal showers or family events (birthday, etc.) for 4 to 16 people.

Vous retrouverez dans nos cours : • Du Pranayama ( toute la séance doit être articulée autour d'un rythme respiratoire guidé ...) • Asanas ( les postures sont amenés selon les possibilités de chacun dans un but bien précis ...) • Les mantras ou bijas courts, intériorisés ou pas, permettent à l'esprit de se focaliser , de se concentrer , afin d'être présent à la séance ) • La relaxation sans être le but , sera néanmoins la douce récompense de l'effort fourni tout au long de la séance . • Votre prof doit inspirer la tranquillité et le respect, avoir une assise travaillée ( lotus par exemple ) , être bienveillant et à l'écoute , et doit être exigent . Sa présence doit motiver et rassurer . Vos progrès doivent être visibles au bout de quelques semaines . Le yoga outre son aspect ostéopatique , agit en profondeur sur tout le système nerveux . Ce n'est pas une détente soporifique, comme après un massage , qui vous est proposé, mais une guérison en profondeur de votre système nerveux . Le yoga ce n 'est pas du sport , même si, de part certains aspects tels que l'engagement physique , la souplesse, l'endurance etc....certains se méprennent ! Le prof de yoga n'est pas un coach sportif . Il vous enseigne des techniques corporelles, énergétiques et spirituelles, qui permettent de retrouver un certain équilibre qu'il aura lui même expérimenté.
