This area is rightly popular all year round. A lot of times the car park is overflowing onto main road. The walk down the boardwalk involves a lot of stairs with flat boardwalk areas giving you a rest until next lot of stairs (I managed easily carrying my 3yo daughter down stairs). To get to boardwalk you walk around 200m along dirt track. Once you get to bottom of boardwalk you can either turn left or right Left: takes you to a lovely rocky wading area that has so many little crabs hiding under the rocks Right: takes you to a heavily pebbled cove that is popular with adventurous who love to climb out on the rocks TIPS: bring plenty of water as it’s thirsty work AMENITIES: toilets available at car park PICNIC AREA: large grassed area at lighthouse or up the road at Fingal Picnic Area

This is single vineyard wine at its best! Nazaaray Estate Winery is Mornington Peninsula's southernmost vineyard, set on 50 acres in Flinders with sweeping views, wildlife and superb sunsets. Its location and orientation encourages a long, slow ripening season which produces exceptional high quality fruit, perfect for producing sensational wines. Here grapes are handpicked and wine made in small batches. Wine is made onsite, so the grapes are in perfect condition when they reach the winery immediately after picking. Hidden rustic gem! A cellar door experience unlike any other! Indeed, Nazaaray is like the 'secret laneways' of the Peninsula... everyone knows the big players but here there is the excitement of your own special find tucked away. Wines are available for tasting in the cellar door or on the viewing deck overlooking the estate where kangaroos often bound through the paddocks. Two vintage 1930s train carriages add a whimsical note. Meet the winemaker, Param, and let him guide you through his latest releases: Pinot Noir, Syrah, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc. The Nazaaray Estate team loves to prove that Indian food does match with wine. They serve reasonably priced mod Indian warm snacks with a glass of wine. Their bi-monthly Sunday Tiffin lunches are also not to be missed. Bookings essential.

Beautiful 3km walk from Cape Schanck, through the Reserve, to here. There is a beautiful rock which is climbable.

Spectacular scenery after a short walk from the car park. Not quite sure we saw the blowhole itself but the waves breaking were so impressive.

One of the best year round no restrictions leash free dog beaches on the Mornington Peninsula. Low tide reveals rock pools in which your curious four legged friends can chase whitebait and you can fossick for crabs.
