A cultural venue which holds two concert halls, city main library, a historical museum of the city and an art museum. All units have free access all year round. Concerts and ticket sales links can be found from the website.

There is also a cafe, a boutique, gallery, information point and office spaces in the same premises. In the summer 2016 the courtyard will be reopened as a love park. Nature- and culturehouses premises are available for private functions outside the exhibition season.
