New York’s Finger Lakes region takes its name from 11 freshwater lakes placed like a handprint between Lake Ontario and the Pennsylvania border. Skiing, hiking and biking trails traverse the landscape; visitors can also indulge in various wine, cheese and beer trails. The area offers a culinary bounty, with an emphasis on farm-to-table cuisine. Rich history and culture are found throughout the region, with one attraction more inviting than the next.

We would like thank you for your tasting event during our NYSOWA 2019 Fall Conference held this past weekend. Our visit to your tasting room was outstanding, and the added offering of “Fall Gobbler Ale” made the tasting experience a great addition of our Friday afternoon visit. We greatly appreciate working with Vic and Charles for a seamless and enjoyable event. Our gaggle of outdoor writers and communicators had a great time enjoying the seven valleys of Cortland County and all that it offers. -Mike Joyner, NYSOWA Past President, 2019 Fall Conference Chair

I was skeptical about having dinner in a bar. The food was exceptionally good, served piping hot, and the wings were top notch! Definitely order double dipped and dirty. I will be coming here often! Our table had wings, chicken spiedie, cheese steak, and burgers. Everyone left full and satisfied!
