Had a great experience having a family golf session with expert tutelage from Scott. Basics were taught and demonstrated to us all and sound advice given - so much of golf is pretty obvious when explained properly! We played a few holes of The Old Course using Trackmaster during our family time after the lesson and it was great fun. The guys at the centre were very friendly and we felt COVID safe and secure throughout. A brilliant experience which we'd definitely recommend to friends and would happily do again. Thanks Scott and team

The Ceramic Cafe

Love this place. I'm in my 60s, as is my husband, my daughters are in their early 30s & my Grandson in 3 & a half. We ALL go to the Ceramic Cafe regularly. Fantastic place for young families too. It's a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere, & a great mindful activity. The staff are friendly & helpful, & particularly good with very young children. Prices are very reasonable, & you can't not try the excellent cakes & coffee! Highly recommended!

The Scottish Countryman

Hello! I'm Steve Brazendale, the Scottish Countryman. I offer falconry, archery, fishing and countryside retreats for people who want to experience Scotland's countryside and try something a little different. In fact, something unique! Perfect for holidays, headspace and celebrations but also just for the heck of it. If you do falconry with me, you'll be able to get up close to birds of prey and learn about them and the story of my becoming a falconer. Archery is great for all ages and abilities and you'll get full instruction and unlimited arrows. I put together countryside retreats for groups of up to 10, delivering a time of relaxation, growth and reflection. But most of all I love what I do, so I aim to deliver an entertaining and absorbing experience with first-class service. The Scottish Countryman experiences are ideal for families & large groups, stag & hen parties, birthdays & corporate days out. Why not spend some time outdoors with an expert countryman as your guide?

This was our second trip to see Steve and the birds, another great afternoon spent there. Handled the barn owl, harrier hawk and eagle owl and watched the falcon do a spectacular flight. Then got to hold the magnificent golden eagle. Highly recommended if you are in Fife.

I have previously attended one of Jo’s fabulous Candle Making Workshops which was such a friendly, personal, educating and lovely morning (with added home-baking which was delightful!) Fast forward to my own candle making journey and I truly appreciate how knowledgeable Jo really is in all aspects of the craft. A fab morning and would highly recommend!

Blendworks St Andrews by Eden Mill

Want to make your own gin? Located in the historically beautiful Rusacks Hotel, St. Andrews, and overlooking the iconic 18th hole of the Old Course, we have created a classroom dedicated to flavour. It is here that we are excited to introduce our new gin blending masterclass. In our Blendworks gin blending sessions, we will take you through how we make our gin and the history of gin itself before going through some blind tasting and nosing to help find the ideal botanicals for your very own gin. If you've gone for a more unorthodox combination then do not worry, you will get the chance to try it out before committing to the recipe! You then name your gin before hand blending and bottling your creation, ready to take away in a presentation pack. Even better, we save your receipe on the system so you can reorder it again in the future! We also operate as a shop for our range of beer, gin and whisky and can offer expert advice and samples to help find the ideal product.
