Through our travels, we are involved in a more humane and responsible tourism approach. The idea: to engage thanks to the actions put in place by the associations that we sponsor. • Small size tourist offers (small group trip of up to 12 people) and taking into account local realities • The reception structures we choose are all committed to sustainable development and signatory of our alternative travel charter • We favor open trips rather than staying in a hotel and seeing the country as its showcase • We have developed several alternative travel circuits, they will be at the heart of each trip and will promote local development projects • Each traveler will contribute to local development projects. It is proposed to each of our travelers to participate in the program identified and conducted on site. Each Voyageur who leaves with the Sudmadatrek Voyages team contributes 5% to a local development project which they can follow the evolution (site, economic or social).

Guided kayak tours with expert local Malagasy guides. Can speak English, French, and Malagasy fluently. The tour includes a kayak + paddle rental, life preserver, helmet, and a 2-3 hour guided tour. The kayaks are inflatable Sea Eagle kayaks, perfect for calm and small patches of white water. Varibolo Resto serves Malagasy/American cuisine next to the park entrance for breakfast lunch and dinner.

This is a great day hike to do, start early morning to try beat the heat a bit. The walk goes through the sacred forest, where there is a small natural pool, ideal place for picknick. The other way is down (or in our case up) the steeper and bare slope of the mountain. From some angles the top of the rock really look like a chameleon, hence the name. Throughout the hike, which is not too difficult, one has stunning views of the surrounding valley. Once on top you also have great views over the other valley and the Tsaranora mountain, for which there is a complicated legend.
It is Anthonis or Anthonis RAHERIMANANA, I am passionate about hikking, trekking, aquatic adventure and exploration of local life. I have always lived in Madagascar and I love to show unknown places and give tips to capture the spirit of the city.
