This is a cute little town right outside several campgrounds sc secinc hwy 11 and lake Hartwell. Exit 4 off I 85. We drove around an explored..charming. Finding a dollar general store was helpful. Just a laid back area but also surrounded by nature. However, any roads north to Seneca sc is full of historical towns with modern convinces. Fair play sc a quaint place to travel through.

The lake is beautiful and you can camp there as well. They have a ranger on site and a camp store. Covid 19 was observed. Quiet and natural beauty.
