Academia do Mar Surf School is an academy focused on teaching Surf, Bodyboard and Stand Up Paddle Board - SUP. We are located in the beautifull beach of Espinho, considered the best for surfing in the north of Portugal. Our main goal is to teach Surf, Bodyboard, and SUP to people of all ages, as well as provide everybody the ocean knowledge. We promote FUN allways with safety first! We have 3 levels of teaching: Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced. Our teachers are all experienced surfers and with license to teach by Portuguese Surfing Federation and Portuguese Sports Institute. Our School is insured, certificated by Portuguese Surfing Federation, Turism of Portugal and Coast Guard. Oporto Golf Club is the oldest in the Iberian Peninsula, as well as one of the oldest courses in Continental Europe. It is a delightful links layout with small greens and a comfortable, traditional clubhouse, which is the perfect place to relax after a round of golf. Being right next to the beach, Oporto is normally blessed with a light, heat-relieving breeze, though this can become a powerful carddestroying wind at certain times of the year. It has grown and developed considerably over the years, starting out as a very sandy par43, before evolving into the impressive par 71 it is now. While such time-honored courses can sometimes appear quite formal, Oporto is a friendly club with a healthy respect for the game
