Australias only commercial fish leather specialist began in 1989 as a hobby a family owned and operated business we harvest fish skins from the commercial fishing industry as waste and convert them into leather via our specialised tanning system then make leather goods from the resulting leather, it is beautiful to look at, robust and hard wearing, and doesn`t smell fishy, all from food waste!
Up in Broome I bought a purse, made by Mermaid Leather. I loved the green and the texture of the leather. It was more than 10 years ago and my wallet is still in perfect condition. It has of course been in and out of my handbag on a daily basis, rough treatment really, and the Barramundi leather has worn and worn. There is no discolouration, it looks as new inside and out. The quality is worth every cent. I am so impressed with the whole approach of the company, it is terrific to see a local company innovating and employing people in skilled positions, and producing such a good product. Good on you in Esperence! (obviously the date I have put in is wrong, we visited in maybe 2010. But the "When did you go?" only gives dates in 2020.

Cindy Poole Glass gallery (formerly known as Section Glass Gallery) is a fully equipped working studio, exhibition space and café situated on the artist's property in Esperance Western Australia. The working studio provides an insight into the technical side of how the art is transformed into the diverse and impressive range of artwork on display throughout the gallery which is recognised as a creative and stylish space, with vibrant and welcoming staff. The café serves roasted Italian coffee, indulgent home made cakes, gourmet hot chocolates and an extensive range of leaf teas including herbal choices from the ever-popular T2. Whilst visiting, take the time out to nestle inside over a cuppa, or relax outside in the secluded pallet garden and take in the tranquil scenery of the acreage.
Cindy was so welcoming. She's very talented and creative and also offers a unique creative place for visitors to the south coast. We bought recycled glass dishes. Jewellery as well as functional items such as dishes and lamps. Check out Instagram as she can freight of you're a long way. Thanks Cindy. I'll recommend! You can even have a lovely coffee and cake.

The Esperance Museum would have to be one of the most comprehensive we have visited. Displays accurately depict life as we know it all the way back to our early settlement. I would recommend the museum as a must visit on your stay in Esperance.

Local business , which caters for travelers whom want information of things to do and see in Esperance. Local souvenirs designed in house for uniqueness and some products made in our dedicated factory locally made produce from our cottage industry. Beach wear supplies such as localized art on board shorts , unique printed beach towels - swimwear - t shirts - tank tops , sunglasses and sunscreen also on offer. a wide range of gallery prints on display also in rolled canvas, photo and other formats. We are described as one of the most uniquest tourism based shops by the many travelers whom come through our door.
There's a whole range of souvenirs displaying beautiful photos of the local area, so you can select something that suits. I picked up a beach towel which I now use weekly at the pool - it is lightweight and super absorbent, so perfect for lugging along, and with the gorgeous photo I always know which towel is mine. I was nervous that it wouldn't be effective, but it is great, and a constant reminder of the lovely local area.

Come down and see the girls at the Visitor Centre for all your holiday needs. Here you can book your accommodation, find out what to do and pick up a souvenir to take home with you.
We dropped in whilst attending the last Museum artisan market for the year. Which we thoroughly enjoyed. The more mature lady was of great assistance to us as we wanted to buy a 5 day pass to Cape Le Grand National Park, thank you. We haven't been to Esperance in 30+ years so we also got alot of brochures etc that greatly assisted us for other things to enjoy whilst on holiday in Esperance. Esperance has a good feel and good infrastructure. We really enjoyed our 8 nights there. Esperance chalet village is the best place to stay, a real home away from home
