Australia's first and largest co-operative brewery comprising hundreds of members who work together in various capacities to become part owners in a brewery and taproom. Some members will simply come round to the taproom while others may be more engaged joining a committee or the board of the directors. What's better than attending a brewery is attending one that you own. We now have a taproom sharing beers we brew elsewhere and a myriad other beers representing many styles. At present we are working towards building our own brewery so that we can be representative of the beer scene in Sydney and the rest of Australia. Anyone in NSW of legal drinking age (18 years old) can become a member too ;D

Thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Loved the drinks (happy hour is amazing)! My favourite drinks were the Cayman Islands and the Long Island Ice Tea. Brilliant service, heavily recommend.

Reborn as the SLYFOX, the Inner-West institution on Enmore Road hosts a variety of weekly events across a series of musical avenues. From Comedy and Live Music, as well as LGBTQI+ friendly soirees during the week, to the best local and international DJs and live acts from the deep house, tech house, minimal and techno electronic genres - SLYFOX showcases the Inner West's best live entertainment in an intimate setting. The re-design of the venue has converted it into a comfortable nightclub and bar setting boasting a Funktion One sound system amongst an array of dimly lit lamp shades hanging from the ceiling.
Honestly, some of the reviews here are either fake or completely misunderstand what Slyfox is as a venue. - The security is without a doubt the friendliest and most easygoing of anywhere I've ever been in Sydney. - The late night DJs play minimal house and tech. Yes, it's "repetitive".. have you ever listened to electronic music? Don't blame the venue if you go in and don't enjoy the music, that's on you. - $15 entry is not very much considering most people stay for hours upon hours. Plus, you get wireless headphones when the silent disco kicks off at 3am. Slyfox is a really important venue for people to kick on/stay late. It's not a place to grab a quiet late night drink, it's a place to dance, meet new people, and feel like part of the Sydney community.
