Minakuchi Brewery

Minakuchi Shuzo was founded in 1895. Since then, we have produced sake in Dogo. We are the only brewery not only in Dogo, but also in Matsuyama and Ehime that has gone hand-in-hand with Dogo Onsen Honkan. Our main products include “Seishu Nikitatsu” high-quality sake whose brand name is derived from “Port filled with benevolence and great joy” “Dogo Kurazake” branded local sake of Dogo “Dogo Beer”.
