Specialist fine chocolate maker and chocolate school based in Edinburgh. We meticulously craft our portfolio of premium chocolate bars with the world’s finest cocoa from Colombia before enveloping them in original designs by independent artists.
Came across this wee place by accident, as wanted to know a little about chocolate. We were all made to feel very welcome, had a tour of the "factory" and were shown how to do everything, then did it ourselves. We made flavoured broken chocolate bars, filled chocolate moulds, piped in our fillings and closed the mould. Throughout the experience we were free to ask any questions. This has really piqued my interest and my imagination is running riot. I would definately recommend this company to anyone that wants to learn and have fun.

Coburg House is a thriving hub of artists, designers and makers in the heart of Leith, Edinburgh. This former granary has housed studios for nearly 20 years now and is home to a dynamic creative community with a well established reputation for excellence. We house over 70 individual artists and makers, including painters, printmakers, textile designers, glass artists, jewellers, ceramicists, illustrators, kilt makers, photographers and more. We open our gallery shop every weekend 11-4pm to showcase the works of our residents. We also have changing exhibitions in our upper gallery space, which is available for hire. Our Biannual open studios are the biggest and longest running in Edinburgh. You can join us the last weekend of July and first weekend of December when you can explore across all our four floors of studios.
This is a truly wonderful art space - a gallery and studios with an art shop, all run by the artists themselves! There are about 70 artists resident at any one time, working with a whole range of media. Look out for open studios at the beginning of August and the beginning of December. A bit out of the way, but well worth a visit.

Such a lovely evening tasting wines with Justin! I learnt a great deal and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience! My friend and I felt very relaxed and the COVID precautions were great: Justin wore a mask while pouring wines; windows were open; lots of hand sanitiser available and socially distanced tables (but not people who came together!). A lot of fun and I would recommend xxx

Our 11 year old son had a fantastic first driving experience today at Ingliston with his instructor, Barry. Lewis had the opportunity to practise changing gears, negotiating roundabouts and junctions as well as reversing and using traffic lights. The session is very well organised and he couldn't wait to book his 2nd lesson. Brilliant!
