Cart/Horse Distilling, Located in Edinboro, is Erie County's first fully licensed distillery since Prohibition. Had so much fun talking with John and Jessica and learning about their business and how they use locally grown ingredients. Loved the craft cocktails, including the Bloody Mary. Left with some merch (a t-shirt), a bottle vodka and a bottle of the Cart/Horse Blackberry Shine to mix with pink lemonade this summer! The Tator Tator Food Truck just steps away for dinner. There is a beautiful outdoor area to enjoy as well. Dog friendly ???? (for well behaved pups). We did not bring ours this time...
