Very nice, well maintained, forest trails. Educational signage along the pathways identifying flora as well as how the land is being returned to nature after having been used for tobacco farming and a dairy. No pets. No biking. Not wheelchair accessible except for the information center and the tobacco barn areas.

When Historic London Town and Gardens announced their escape room, I knew it was the perfect way to share the site with work friends who are escape room enthusiasts. I was a little concerned that, it not being their primary focus, the escape room might be so-so, but it turns out I need not have worried. Museum staff consulted with other historic sites and the National Cryptologic Museum. Most everything was done with materials accurate to the time period, and that plus the building gave a good historic feel. Everyone had a great time. I've also visited Londontowne when they had volunteer reenactors (costumed interpreters). Stories of the persons portrayed were played out in an engaging way, and I was especially impressed as a visitor that I felt included and not intrusive. Besides the historic buildings, Londontowne also has a modern visitor's center with good, clear exhibits.

Beverly Triton Beach Park is a Anne Arundel County park located at the end of the Mayo Peninsula. It has a beautiful view of the Bay, a picnic area, trails, and at low tide can walk beach. During warm summer months insect repellent is recommended.
