This place has a huge selections of items that are produced in the Chippewa valley. Games, clothing, folk art, ceramics, food items of all kinds, music, maps, posters and vintage photography. Much to see with a helpful staff. All things Wisconsin, a great place to pick up a unique travel gift for someone.

This trail goes all around the Eau Claire Area and is a great way to walk or ride a bike around town. Some of the special features that enjoyed were the old Chicago and Northwestern Bridges that have been converted to walking/biking bridges, the new welcome center, the planet walk that puts the sizes and distances between planets into perspective. The trail is not flat, there are some hills.There is a large farmers market just off the trail during the warmer months.

We go on Saturday morning to get fresh vegetables and lettuce. They have organic options also. Fun experience!!

Great place to take a walk with Fluffy or let the kids play and run off all that extra energy. A lake to hang out near and take a picnic, a place to fish, and a place to take in nature's beatuy. a Gem in the area for sure.

Well, maintained park on the river. Great for tubing the area when the river current is not strong. A great place to walk around in the downtown area of Eau Claire. Very beautiful and dog friendly. Bike, walk, rollerblade, picnic, or just sit and enjoy the day. It's all good!

Such a great store, even if you just go in to look. So many colors and textures, smells. I did find a treasure to take home, a very cute, colorful birdhouse, It is very unique and I can hardly wait for Spring to come and find a special place to hang it! I plan on making another visit soon. So many talented people sharing their art. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

I moved here from a series of places that had sub-par libraries (after living 20+ years in Seattle, with a super system.) I nearly cried with happiness when I visited the library here. It is big, welcoming, with a good selection of books, periodicals, newspapers, etc, and a system of member libraries to supplement what is here. I have to give a shout out for the people working at the library, as well - they are unfailingly helpful, polite, and friendly. Such a deep pleasure to have this asset to the community!
