Even if the shops within the building are not on your required list take time to walk through the corridors to enjoy the building itself. Set at one end of the main square this dominates the area and inside houses a range of designer shops as well as art gallery.

A unique shopping complex welcoming individual and independent businesses to share in a new, exciting experience for both retailer and customer.
Visited today, new shops have appeared and staff informed us of new plans. It seems The Yards is being revamped and even though the weather was not the best the place looked vibrant, clean and colourful. The pub has been turned into a number of retail outlets and a new food area being planned for the outside!

Nene Court is an independent, retail park situated in Wellingborough in what was originally the Wellingborough Gas Light Co. In the 1990’s the early Victorian buildings were converted into shops. Nene Court now houses an exclusive array of bespoke boutiques and food outlets with ample free parking.
went to Nene Court last week. There is a wonderful butcher's shop there selling all sorts of unusual meets and cheeses. an interesting shop with helpful friendly staff and great produce. There is also a cafe, (Very nice too!) and lots of other interesting and fun 'finds'.

A modernised (extremely clean) rectangular retail shopping area that is easy to transit either strolling or with mobility assistance, prams etc facilitating economic easy parking and two spaces for charging electric cars. The various retail shopping outlets are of a high standard including a large Wilko, Halfords, Gap, Laura Ashley, Poundland, Clinton Cards etc, also some well known high street opticians and other specialist retail shops selling branded clothing, beauty products and jewellery etc, a fitness centre with swimming pool. Diners can be sure of quality and cleanliness at cafes with outside seating including a very popular Prezzo Restaurant with dancing water fountains and large information screen. PublicToilets are provided near the florist shop on the driver side of the incoming vehicle access road. Nearby is Tesco and Lidl each also providing time limiting parking. The rest of Gainsborough town is worth a visit if only to view what negligence of services can achieve by turning a once proud Lincolnshire engineering town which was once the capital of England (yes it was) into the utter disgrace and shanty that even the German bombing failed to do.

The Heart of the Shires is a shopping village outlet on the Northamptonshire/Warwickshire border that offers individual, independent retailers with real character and shopping without the stress. We are open seven days a week from 10am until 5pm. If you are looking for a relaxed shopping environment in the heart of the countryside then the Heart of the Shires Shopping Village offers a wide range of independent retailers for you to choose from. Shopping Heaven From 1867 Set around a Victorian courtyard, The Heart of the Shires Shopping Village offers a selection of individual shops with character. From kitchenware to antiques and collectibles, clothing, tasty treats, gifts, watches, home furnishing and gardenware. There’s also plenty to pamper yourself including a beauty salon and hairdressers and Darlington’s, our popular licensed restaurant and tea room.
From the minute we walked in to the minute we left we were met with kindness and warmth. My family and I dined in for lunch and were served by Danielle, who was so lovely and attentive. The quality of the food was next to none (I highly recommend the club sandwich) and we finished off with fresh chocolate fudge cake, which was delicious! The restaurant is beautifully set up and a lot of attention to detail, especially with the current climate with spaced out tables and hand sanitisers on every table. Plenty of parking and easy to find location. I will definitely be returning to this beautiful family-run restaurant and can see it quickly becoming a favourite!!

I'm not a fan of shopping, so tend to be led around by my long-suffering wife, but I actually found the Victoria Centre to offer a much greater variety of shops and with the market alongside, it turned out to be a much more enjoyable experience for me.
