We named the winebar after our local white variety Malvasija dubrovacka ~ Malvasia of Dubrovnik, a "must try when in Dubrovnik". Many of the wines on our menu are produced exclusivly for our guests and they are not offered anywhere else. We not only produce wine, but also Extra Virgin Olive Oil from 200year old olive trees.
