Red Earth Estate is located 4.5Kls from Taronga Western Plains Zoo. Visit our winery and experience more than just a wine tasting. For that total experience, enjoy a cheese platter and talk to our winemaker. All our wines are made on-site, using fruit predominately from our own Dubbo vineyard. Wines available for sale - Riesling, Verdelho, Torrontes, Moscato, Grenache, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Best dumplings ever, home made so very fresh and tasty, sort of a limineted menu yum cha, Great atmosphere and service, even better if you like their 2 super friendly Border Collies if you sit outside Also good wine at reasonable price

What a great thing to do on the weekend. This was probably hands down the best botanic gardens we have visited to date.We just loved the Japanese theme throughout and all the beautiful koi fish in the ponds, everything was just so fresh, green and beautiful presented. If you love gardens you definitely don’t want to miss this one ☝️ “Jonique Life” Follow our journey around Australia on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube as we highlight wonderful experiences and magical places you can add to your ever growing bucket list.

Nice river- a little dirty today though, perhaps after the recent floods. Behind the shopping strip there is a small park and walking track along the river. Pleasant place to sit and chill. Beware of mozzies though!

There is a very short walk along the riverside to the several places where the grinding grooves are clearly visible. Wonderful that they have not been vandalized. The trees alongside the river are superb but there are so many weeds that need clearing. Saw a Pelican and I'm sure other birds would come here.

We were picked up and returned to our accommodation in the Hotel’s courtesy bus. The upstairs dining room is accessible by lift or stairs and is a large area that offers a range of seating and table options. We ordered the steak and it was excellent, well cooked and presented. They have a very good range of beers on tap and wine list. We were very happy that we took the opportunity to have dinner here.

Plenty of different options when it comes to clothing, homeware, eating in, games, stationary and many more. Shops were all well-presented and the mall itself is clean. Free parking is a big plus for me, it encourages people to stay and shop. Definitely worth checking out.
