You may have all heard that everything is bigger in Texas. Well, Dallas does its best to fulfill that promise. You'll find several museums with vast art collections and fascinating specialty museums like The Sixth Floor Museum/Texas School Book Depository, which, though small in size, offers an immense amount of information about the assassination of John F. Kennedy. And of course, visit a local steakhouse for a terrific (and enormous) meal.

Symphony center in Dallas.
We have season tickets to the Dallas Symphony at the Orchestra Terrace level and it is fabulous. Almost like sitting on stage with the performers. I have also heard Neil Young Solo, Lyle Lovett and John Hiatt together, Lyle Lovett and Robert Earl Keen together, and many others. Whoever plays here it sounds better than anyone else. But don't rattle candy wrappers, burp or fart, everyone can hear it.

The Dallas Chamber Symphony is a professional orchestra of some 40 members, performing creative and innovative concerts at the modern Moody Performance Hall located in the downtown Dallas Arts District. Renowned for its accomplished performances by The Dallas Morning News, D Magazine, The Dallas Observer and others, concerts are fun and accessible for all audiences.

It's such a beautiful venue and the chandelier is absolutely amazing. I go to the Nutcracker every year and they never disappoint. Just do not be late as they will put you in the mezenine until intermission. I have not seen anything else at the Winspear but would if there was something I would want to see.

Went to see Gordon Lightfoot and was my first time to visit this theater. The sound quality was nice, no problems understanding the songs. Lighting was great and the seats were larger than what is provided at the Bass Hall in Fort Worth. A beautiful place with a large stage and several levels to sit.

Edison's restuarant in Downtown Dallas is the ideal venue to create a True Texas Experience for convention and conference groups. The Murder Mystery Company performs its 2 1/2 hour, interactive and award winning shows at Eddison's. Someone will die in a comedic way and it's up to your party to investigate clues, interrogate suspects and ultimately solve the crime! It's like being in a live-action version of the game CLUE! Murder, Mystery and a lot of laughs are waiting for you.
