Soukup Farms is a third generation family farm, producing and selling pure New York Maple Syrup. Started as a hobby in the early 1950's the operation expanded to 800 taps in the 1990's and today has more than 2,000 taps in two sugarbushes. With a renewed interest in the maple production process the third generation of syrup producers has moved to a new sugarhouse and is actively expanding the business.

The goal of the Brookby Farm Store is to make New York raw milk and locally sourced products available to you and your family. We offer our own raw milk, as well as, a host of other products that are sourced throughout the Hudson Valley. We source our products from the farms and stores around us because we believe it is important to support the community around us as they have supported us.

Lovely, wonderful place to visit on a lovely fall, sunny day. Take a tour of the grounds and watch them bottle some of the best real maple syrup. Make sure you plan to have breakfast or lunch and make sure to purchase some maple syrup.

Enjoyed about an hour visit to the Stone Church in Dover Plains. Easy walk, not handicapped accessible though. You can go as far up to the cave as you feel comfortable. Hiking shoes are a good idea, as the rocks can get slippery. And to go inside...you might want something waterproof. Parking at the elementary school across the street is ideal. No parking on the actual driveway because its private property.
