Decided to visit Perumal temple at Thadicombu on a Saturday. Shanivaar or Saturday is always a Perumal day at all the temples. Reached the temple after confirming the route from Dindigul couple of times. IT was Heavy traffic after Crossing the underbridge of the Highway on Karur Road .It was a distance exactly 9kms from Dindigul. Reached the temple parking area which was difficult to find a parking even for a two wheeler. Inside the temple was big queue with special darshan token option also. As was with my small kid, so could not have waited all the time in the long queue. Had made an outer and inner prakaram parikrama of the temple. Outside the temple in lawns were seen deepams lighted up all over to over thousands of them. Rarely witnessed a sight like of this. IT appeared like a fairyland. Inside the temple, was a powerful influence of the majestic Sri Saunderaja Perumal. Decided to come for a second visit on a less crowded day. Couple of days later, was back to have the divine darshanam of Sri Saunderraja Perumal . IT was a divine experience difficult to make words out for. A lesser known temple of SriVishnu hidden like a gem to get discovered only by the exceptionally fortunate souls. Really blessed are those who get selected a chance to visit a divine place such as here. Sri Venkateshaya Namaha. Om Namoh Bhagwate Vasudevaya.

Take a walk around the lake or get on cycle for a round, you will wonder if you are in a European city. Take a peddle boat from the Boat Club and admire century old houses while you are on the lake. Best time from morning till evening 4pm.
