After all the horror stories you hear about renting bikes in Bali, these guys are a breath of fresh air - a near perfect experience. Booking done entirely on line, when i had a question, i used their Chat feature and question was answered quickly and efficiently. Dont have to drive through crazy traffic to get the bike, they bring it to you and pick it up at the end. They notified me they would be 1 hour late delivering the bike but actually ended up getting it to me at the exact time I requested - that is quite some feat in Bali !!! Bike was excellent, well maintained and the guy who delivered it gave me a thorough explanation of the features. and as promised, within 24 hours of them picking it up from me at the end of the trip, the security deposit was back in my account. I didnt do a lot of price checking and i suspect these guys are not the cheapest on the island, but they have a great range of bikes, and quite honestly, the complete lack of any hassle meant i had more time to enjoy my holiday - thank you guys, I'll be back!!
