This was such a fantastic place to visit. An incredible range of interesting vehicles. Not just for the ‘petrol heads’ but great for everyone. Great for those interested in social history, local history, cars from movies etc. This is such a great asset to the town. It needs to be better promoted as it would be easy to drive by and miss out. It was very reasonably priced for families. A great morning!

The Peppin Heritage Centre is located at the Deniliquin Visitor Information Centre on George Street, Deniliquin.
The Peppin Heritage Centre is just chock a block full of local history.Operated by a band of enthusiastic volunteers. Initially upon entering, local produce and books are for sale. Next move into the current exhibition and then move further on into the "vaults of Deniliquin history" the local heritage. Read all about the sheep stations and the families that made the Riverina the great agriculture area it is. Did you know the first sheep from South Africa didn't have wool but had hair. That fact and many others makes this an absolutely essential place to visit. Then pop next door to the Crossing for a repast. Down in the Riverina couldn't get any better.
