The best way of visiting is by booking a Keeper For The Morning Experience or By Adopting An Owl. We are a closed sanctuary not open to the public.
Booked this for my husbands birthday as he loves birds and had never done anything like this before. What a great day! Pam was so friendly and welcoming and her knowledge was amazing. The birds are like family and so well cared for. Nothing was rushed and the day went at our pace, thank you so much Please book on this, it's amazing seeing these magnificent animals up close!

The Wild Bushcraft Company provides fully immersive outdoor experiences like no other. Just imagine escaping deep into the woods for the weekend, sleeping under canvas, cooking over campfires and being completely absorbed in learning a new skill - be that fire lighting, knife making, bow-making or venison butchery. We are really big on food, and meat in particular. We are experts in deer stalking and offer the only course in the UK where you can learn how to butcher and cook your own venison - the popular Stalk to Fork experience. We can make the experience as fun and accessible as you want it to be - we cater for individuals, couples, families, stag and hen parties and corporate groups. You tell us what you want to get of your time with us and we will craft an experience you will never forget. We are based in North Wales but operate across the UK all year round.

Covid-19 Update ~ Plas Newydd Tearooms will be open 10AM - 4PM daily. The Gardens and Grounds are open daily and free to explore! Plas Newydd Historic House will unfortunately be closed until further notice. Home of the ‘Ladies of Llangollen’ Miss Sarah Ponsonby and Lady Eleanor Butler captured the imagination of Regency society when they ran away and set up home together in Wales. Visit their extraordinary gothicised home and hear of the stream of famous visitors they received. Learn how they won the hearts of local people and turned a simple cottage into a fantasy of oak carvings and stained glass. Stroll through the gardens they developed and try homemade cakes in the tea rooms.
This house has an amazing history. There are excellent examples of wood carving and clear and concise explanation about the lives of its two famous occupants. The gardens are lovely to wak round and to top it all a really great tea shop.

It was fabulous to be riding at Llandegla again today. Such friendly staff, care taken to address COVID Security and wow, the trails have had a lot of work whilst the lockdown has kept us away. The trail pixies have been fixing puddles, creating new feature and just generally making the trails better and better. Back at the trail centre the menu is excellent as ever and service is sorted in a safe, efficient and friendly manner and of course the shop is stocked with great kit! Go ride, go shop, go eat and go ride again!
