We cut, polish, and create jewelry with local and non local rocks and semi-precious gemstones, as well as sell rough rock, rock slabs, and other gift items created by local lapidary artists and silver smiths. We also offer jewelry making classes in cabochon cutting, wire wrapping and chain mail.
If you are passing through Deming, NM, this is a great shop to visit. If you cab, there is a huge selection of precut slabs. I got some exceptional pieces including chrysicolla, onyx, and ocean agate. If you do not cab, it’s still worth the visit for the large number of specimen stones. Trina is also a very good wire wrapper and makes beautiful pendants.

Two covered patios welcome guests with a gentle breeze and the sounds of songbirds. Bistro locations in Albuquerque, Las Cruces and Farmington, New Mexico.
There are some good wines in New Mexico, and D.H. Lescombes has some of the best. The staff we dealt with were very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing for a tasting, After the tasting, we picked a bottle we both liked and ordered the Nosh tray. All in all, an enjoyable afternoon.

During our visit (in Deming for 1 week, currently on day 5) and we have visited the tasting room 4 days in a row! We have thoroughly enjoyed browsing the goodies in their place with lots of cute signs, etc. We love sitting at the tasting bar and enjoying a glass of wine while speaking to Paulo. Definitely a place to stop into. And, they do Harvest Host (RV Camping) at the Las Cruces location and we were told they are going to start it at the Deming location soon. So, Harvest Host peeps - if in the area, its worth checking out!

Suggest a four wheel drive with good clearance. Road in & out is rough and bumpy and not well marked. The rock work and eater collection remains are worth the trip. Do not recommend further exploration without high clearance four wheel drive.
