This old garage has some history although it is a remake of the original place. Now a brewery and restaurant. Good beer and good food! I had a grilled chicken cesar salad and my friend had the fish and chips. I also tried the sweet tater tots with syrup and ketchup on the side- they were really good. If you are in the area, it's a nice place to stop. Check the address on your GPS.

Spent a long weekend in Daytona Beach Shores and found myself at Sunglow a lot. Excellent spot for photos in the morning sun. Amazing beach, beautiful surf, and real live fishermen you can use as subjects. Ha! Highly recommended!

The Basilica of St Paul is a historical Catholic church in the Daytona Beach area. It has an interesting background, and gorgeous Spanish influenced architecture. It's a very welcoming church for Catholics visiting the area, and for people from all walks of life. The priests are all friendly and active in the community. The Basilica puts on many community events, and service initiatives. Well worth a visit, and a great spiritual home.

There is major bridge construction where the actual entrance is, so it is hard to find. We parked and walked to look for it. it was definitely worth the extra effort!

Daytona's popular and vibrant shopping, dining and entertainment district.
Daytona Each has a nice restoration of the old town on the inland waterway side. Plenty of variety in shopping and eating, with a chocolate shop available for short tours, with samples. Two outstanding collectible shops, with the mini mall offering vendor booth, and the other selling a bit higher quality of furnishings, clocks and watches. Nice park across the street for viewing the Spanish and Art Deco architecture.

Great place to walk, access to a lot of the stores and restaurants, while we where in Daytona Beach, we did a lot of walking on the beach and walled Beach street, to maximize the distance we wanted to walk.
