The largest ski resort in Switzerland and the highest city in Europe, Davos features five separate skiing areas: Parsenn, the largest, with pistes for all levels and the longest downhill run; Jakobshorn, renowned for its snowboarding; and Pischa, Madrisa and Rinerhorn, all family-friendly destinations.

A huge area with great slopes, from easy blue ones to black ones from the summit of the Weissfluhgipfel, calls for great ski holidays for the whole family. Picturesque panoramic views and snow of great quality will make sure you enjoy your time. One of my fav ski destinations!

Views from the Jakobshorn are spectacular. The ride to the top is via a middle stop at the Jschalp Bergrestaurant. The cable car takes you above 2500 m where you will see stunning views of the Alps.

Wiesen Viaduct spans the Landwasser southwest of the hamlet of Wiesen, in the canton of Graubünden, Switzerland. Beautiful views.

This was a wonderful tourist snow activity!!! Short, reasonably priced train trip up the mountain and easy walk to start of sledge run. Option for people to go back down on train also but possible to walk down toboggan run too. Run is fun for all ages (parents can double up with young children) and not too fast with some bumps for variety!
