More sights at one place can hardly be found in Darmstadt: Hochzeitsturm (Wedding tower), Russian Orthodox Church (Built on Russian soil), Museum Künstlerkolonie (Museum artist colony), surrounded by some pretty Art Nouveau villas ... just rest at one of the nice places and enjoy the atmosphere - a short excursion is worthwhile in any case.

Designed by a famous architect "Waldspirale" is worth visiting it. Although I live in Darmstadt, I still love the architecture. Next to the house is a cheap supermarket ALDI.

Impressing building, outside and inside. Art Nouveau masterpiece. A must see in Darmstadt. The area is beautiful.

It’s not the most beautiful square in the world, it’s not Delft nor Brusselss but Luisenplatz is Darmstadt’s heart! It’s always busy, there is people to see, shops to buy, many restaurants nearby (of any type and budget). If you are in Darmstadt you must see it. Anyway you will eventually get there as all bus ???? and tram ???? goes through Luisenplatz!
