It is only opened from Thursdays to Saturdays. They are closed for the other days of the week.
My favorites are the store that sells pretzels and the other one that sells nuts, candies and chocolates. The pretzels are freshly baked at the store. I like most their plain pretzels and the one with sausage and cheese that cost $3 each. This store only takes CASH while the candy/nut store accepts major credit cards.
Some stores sell fried chicken, meats, vegetables and fruits, furnitures, etc. There is a small restaurant inside the building that serves American dishes.
Highly recommended to visit if you're in the area.

Now open: Clarksburg Premium Outlets is conveniently located right off on I-270 in Montgomery County, Maryland, just 30 miles north of Washington, D.C. and 50 miles west of Baltimore.
When a foreigner goes to an outlet mall he/she expects to see outlet prices and not regular store prices. This plsce was a real DISAPPOINTMENT. The price and sales are the same as regular stores. They use the name outlet just get buyers to come but I doubt that many buy anything. People had little or no packages in hand. I wouldn't waste my time on this place and definitely not recommend it to others.

this is really nice trail. You can jog; bike, hike or just take a walk. There is a nice trail around the lake. You see nature at its best. On a sunny afternoon you can check out the turtles sunning themselves. there are lots of birds for bird lovers.

At an elevation of 1,282 feet, Sugarloaf stands more than 800 feet above Maryland's scenic farmland below.
I went hiking here recently with some friends. I thought it was an enjoyable hike. I think we ended up hiking about seven miles or so. We switched between trails a couple times, so it was hard to tell for sure. I didn't feel like the trail markings were great, so it was helpful that we were able to use GPS to navigate thanks to the availability of cell phone signal. There was a little bit of uphill, but not much. According to my phone, we topped out at a little over 900'. There wasn't much for views, kin fortunately, probably due to the low elevation. Still, it was a nice walk in the woods, and I was surprised to find that nice a hike that close to D.C.

They have all sorts of veggies and fruits with online line listings of what's available throughout the whole harvesting season. Be sure to call the day you plan to go for the update on what is actually ready for picking that day. We go for the apples in the fall and always enjoy the drive out into the country and make a morning of it. Staffed by nice folks out in each of the fields.

Steeped in family history and located just north of Washington DC. This Farm Brewery offers a great selection of craft beers. They serve something for all tastes from the ultra light Locker to ipas double belgians and even the sour beers. Try them all and get a flight.

Since the summer of 2005 when Adventure Park USA opened its gates, guests have been raving about this exciting family entertainment center. Adventure Park USA is a 17.5 acre Western theme park featuring a 22,000 square foot building to accommodate indoor as well as outdoor adventures. The park's Western theme infiltrates all of the store fronts, mini golf courses, laser tag, and thrilling roller coasters. Owner Larry Stottlemyer opened the state-of-the-art facility with hopes of becoming one of the best amusement parks in the area, something he has definitely accomplished. Mr. Stottlemyer previously owned and operated the Putt-Putt attraction in Frederick, a local favorite. He accomplished extraordinary amounts with this franchise, hosting an arcade, a roller coaster, 2 miniature golf courses, concessions, water wars, parking, and laser tag all on only 1.7 acres of land. Despite the abundance of attractions currently available at Adventure Park USA, the park is rapidly growing. With plenty of land to expand, Mr. Stottlemyer hopes to one day introduce an incredible water park to Adventure Park USA. OUR MISSION STATEMENT: At Adventure Park USA, we are committed to presenting our guests with an amazing amusement park experience. With unforgettable attractions, compassionate and committed staff members, convenient party planning packages, corporate event options, a day care, and a summer camp, there's something to fulfill the whole family's quest for adventure. Adventure Park USA provides a vacation experience in a fun, family environment - guaranteed to be affordable and fresh every time you visit!
We took four grandchildren ( Ages 10, 7, 7, 4) here, and they had a blast. It is a small park with a variety of basic rides, including faster ones that the 10-year old boy enjoyed (coasters and go karts) and easier ones for the littler ones (mini coaster and spinning tea cups). We did not have big expectations, and we were not disappointed. It was a perfect outing for us. There is also a fairly large indoor play area, as well as a small cafe with a limited menu. The park was not crowded at all, so we had only brief waits for the rides. I think older kids would find this park boring, but it is perfect for the younger set.

it was very cold and windy when we visited here. We saw a movie at the AMC Theaters and had delicious dinner at the Copper Canyon Grill Restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed both places.
Other attractions/places to visit here: Shops like Target and Dick's, smaller shops, restaurants, man-made lake, etc.
We'll definitely visit here again when the weather becomes warmer: eat at other restaurants, shop, and just walk around the lake.

This championship golf course is only about 30 minutes from Washington D.C., but it has a feeling of privacy and seclusion.
A bit of a hike for some, but it is a fabulous course. Several elevated tee boxes, with wonderful views. Course is in great condition, with a great pace of play. It doesn't have a whole lot of water, but is challenging. They also have the best clubhouse food around- come up with great daily specials, and grow produce on site. Very nice covered patio to watch golfers come in on 18. It is a bit pricey, but it is worth it.

This facility rehabilitates and shelters abused and neglected horses and ponies . The staff and t the numerous volunteers educate and inform the public about equine health, or lack of it, and safety. Rehabilitated animals can be "adopted" . The facility should be toured, donations should be made to it and I sure a call in advance of your visit would be appreciated since everyone is working.
