What to do and see in Dallas, Texas (TX): The Best Gear Rentals

January 30, 2022 Leonardo Torrence

You may have all heard that everything is bigger in Texas. Well, Dallas does its best to fulfill that promise. You'll find several museums with vast art collections and fascinating specialty museums like The Sixth Floor Museum/Texas School Book Depository, which, though small in size, offers an immense amount of information about the assassination of John F. Kennedy. And of course, visit a local steakhouse for a terrific (and enormous) meal.

Everyone needs to do the Taco Tour, it's AWESOME!!! I recently moved to the Dallas area and my girlfriend and I stayed downtown for a birthday weekend to explore the city. I booked the Taco Tour hoping to see downtown Dallas and man did it pay off! BK was our tour guide and she did a wonderful job taking us through super cool areas of Dallas stopping at some of the BEST taco joints. She paid for the tacos at three different stops to give us the energy to keep going. That said, the electric bikes couldn't have been more comfortable and easy to ride. I am a 21 year old but the whole time I kept thinking how EASY it would be for my grandparents to do this. A MUST DO!!

I'm an ER doc and have a weird bike/elliptical device that most bike shops probably wouldn't go near. John (repair manager at Local Hub) is like a trusted ER doc. He has solved numerous bicycle repair crises and has kept this contraption that I love on the road. He always exceeds expectations, finds imminent problems before they brake and is honest. Their prices are also fair. Local Hub CARES!
