I had a fabulous day on this tour. I was initially concerned by all the images on the website of young people but in the day we had a predominantly ‘less young’ group. The tour was led by Sam who did an awesome job of making everyone feel comfortable and safe, and encouraged people to ‘have a go’. The group bonded really well over the day and it was no problem doing it as a solo traveller. The waterfalls were fabulous, we saw two platypuses in the stream, and generally had a great day.

A friend recommended this tour to us, & I will now be recommending it to all who travel to FNQ as a must-do. We went out with our boys aged 4 & 8 and although some parts were really out of their usual comfort zone, Juan was so engaging and quietly chugged them along. We had an incredible day & Juan has gifted us with stories we will share for the rest of our life.

Our party of four went on the day long adventure with our tour guide Rob. We started off with the drive to Mossman Gorge to see the beauty and tranquility on show (plus the fairly large orb weaver spider outside the building .... not for the faint hearted). Then onto the river cruise on the Daintree to see a few crocodiles. After a couple of other stops we made it to our lunch time destination where we were served a good lunch for some hungry travellers. The 2nd last destination was up to Cape Tribulation. The beauty and serenity of this location must be enjoyed if you are in FNQ. Final destination was to Daintree Ice Cream for a very delicious tasting and then homeward bound. A great day with some incredible scenery, wildlife and locations. A special shout-out to our tour guide Rob who kept us informed all trip with historical tales, jokes and music ..... 5 stars to you ... you made the day ????????????????????. Don’t miss this part of Australia’s beauty if you can

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4WD trip to Cooktown via the Bloomfield Track. Travelling through the environmentally sensitive pristine Wet Tropics rainforest, we sighted a Cassowary with it's chick! Scones and coffee a welcome break en route until a stop-over for lunch at the historic 'Lions Den'. Stunning views from the Grassy Hill Lookout at Cooktown a highlight. A long day but with comments from our well informed guide an incredible experience.

My mum and I had such a wonderful experience. Our guide Bridget was really knowledgeable not only just about the wet tropics but also the little things she knew about other parts of Australia too. The family we visited shared their knowledge of country with us and it was fascinating and truly enlightening. Highly recommend this experience for anyone from home or abroad who wants to learn about far north qld and what it has to offer :)
