Da Nang is laid-back and friendly, maybe because everyone you meet has just finished an amazing meal. Culinary tours are a hugely popular way to experience literal local flavor. After you’ve stuffed yourself with bold noodle soups and savory street foods, walk it off by exploring the limestone caves and Buddhist grottos of the Marble Mountains.

Our family had a wonderful tour of My Son with Andy. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the temples, but he also spent the ride to My Son from Hoi An explaining all kinds of interesting tidbits about Vietnamese culture and history. We had our 21 month old with us, and he was very patient. Even explaining things twice so that one of us could stay with our son and take turns going up areas where it would be hard to navigate with the stroller. We basically had the area to ourselves as tourism hasn’t quite bounced back yet from the Covid season.

Had the tour with Anh and another couple. We had a lot of fun and for people who are not very social, we were lucky to be paired a couple who kept the conversation going (Anh, too). Food was good, we mainly liked the pre-dinner snacks. You are going to try stuff you would never try. BE ADVENTUROUS! Fun night out!

Great food, great tour guide! Tried food that we hadn't even heard of. Drank coffee we hadn't heard of. This will stay with us forever. Anh was a wonderful guide. Cannot recommend more highly. A must for anyone visiting Da Nang .
Don’t miss out on your chance to indulge in some of Da Nang’s most delicious eats and streets! Forget fancy restaurants, you will be joining the locals for delicious food and nightlife! Our first dish with rice paper rolled with pork or fish which is a favorite dish of the locals. In order to get digested a little, we’ll drive you through the Dragon Bridge and get you along the coast, and let that breeze cool you down on our way to the next stop, Son Tra Peninsula where we can see the view of the whole city from the top. Once the sunset time is over, we’re going to indulge in some of Da Nang’s best seafood! The starring dishes here are clams cooked with lemongrass (nghêu hấp sả) and cockle shells, fried with scallions (sào huyết nướng mỡ hành). Our final stop is we’ll also go to a Vietnamese-style live music bar, and then wrap up the evening at an exciting music bar. Let’s grab some beers! - Do you have kids? No worries. Duc took me on his Champa tour while I was staying at his property. During my stay, he was incredible in helping me to understand Vietnamese life, culture, history and heritage. Duc is creative and a ‘wise for his age’ country guy at heart, he is proud and passionate about his country, it’s history and he is a natural philosopher. He rides a chunky motorbike and he was particularly cautious in ensuring that I felt safe on our adventure. Duc took me on his trip to My Son Sanctuary. I learned a lot is out the Champa people, their origins, connection to Vietnam and Vietnamese life and how the Sanctuary connects to world history. This was followed by a really yummy lunch at a local eatery where Duc continued to enthusiastically answer my questions about his country. I really enjoyed my tour with Duc and I highly recommend him as a tour guide if you would like a very genuine and down to earth experience in Vietnam.

My son and I had a fabulous time on the cooking class. We were taught by Ai and Cindy and both were really friendly and informative. We started with the coffee tasting, then a trip around the market to buy our fruit etc and then off to the cooking class, where the food we cooked was fresh and delicious. Both the ladies were really friendly and helpful and are a real asset to the company. We would highly recommend this trip.
