I usually find time to run despite my busy sched on tour. This place is really a running haven as it has huge area to run into and wide options to choose on what type of pavement, clay, asphalt or blocks. A 1.75 kms run covering your planned mileage. I also notice that a lot of elders enjoying this place as they have different groups of taichi enthusiasts who has its own distinction in terms of color coded uniforms. They also like hanging out with nature seat g on the trees, breathing fresh air and just hang out in their first activity on the morning. Pls take note that don't miss out this place when you are in Taipei.

Fuyang Eco Park was once a military ammunition depot. From the Japanese colonial era (1895 -1945) until 1988, it was largely undisturbed. Now the valley is full of plants, insects and animal in great variety.. It's as Taipei was more than 100 years ago, before the natural habitat was overgrown by development. It's full of low forest and streams You will also find the remnants of a military dependents village. a reminder that people once lived and worked here The park is a short walk from Linguang MRT station on the Brown Line

Enjoyed walking up and around the park. The place is less crowded compared to the Elephant Mountains. The view is at least as good. It is a bit farer away than compared to elephants mountains. Take your time and also enjoy the nature.
