Our store is a very special confectionery shoppe where you will find unusual handmade sweets including 10 or more seasonal varieties of Brittle Bark, Sweet Jubilee Fudge, Chocolate covered pretzels and cookies, and award winning handmade chocolates from chocolatiers located in California, Massachusetts, Vermont & of course several from Pennsylvania.
Brittlebark offers a wide variety of high quality chocolates and other delicious treats for a reasonable price. I lived in Belgium for 2 years, and this shop rivals the quality of Belgian truffles without the trans-Atlantic price. They also are very approachable and hav items that would appeal to any age or palate. They make their chocolates right there on Main Street in Mechanicsburg. They are packaged beautifully, ready for gift-giving.

Over 200 avocational cooking classes offered, taste what's cooking this week. The Kitchen Shoppe is also a gourmet super store with other 20,000 items and 200 cooking classes. A perfect stop for fun & practical gifts.
This was our second class at the Kitchen Shoppe that we took in the last year. The classes we took were a demonstration and not a hands-on. The first class was a demon6on a whole meal including beef Wellington. It was fabulous from the salad to the dessert. Our second class was using an instapot. There was a wide variety of dishes and were all very tasty. The instructor was very professional and answered questions during the class. We will be going back again in the summer for a grilling class.

Mead - The mead is top notch. They don't sit quietly on their staple of successes day in and day out, they're always cooking up something different. Room - Professional, candid, caring, connecting, and comfortable. Come in and speak any language you want and you're likely to hear someone in the room reply in kind. This room is often packed with open, kind, and fun people. Music - some of the best music in the region play here because they like the place. Even though it's small enough to still be intimate when it's packed. Customer Service - they treat every customer like family. You will not walk out of here without feeling like you belonged in this room. Even if you don't like mead.
