On the Western side of the beach Punta Rata, there is the Brela Stone – a symbol of Brela,Croatia - the most common motive from postcards of Brela and Croatia. The rock is covered in pines proudly protruding and presenting all its beauty and force, power and spite to grow from stone.
This is something you should not miss if you are visiting Brela. It is their symbol and it is just beautiful with all this turquoise water around it.

Gorgeous falls, like the rest in the park but maybe one of my faves. This area can get congested though, so best to visit early in an attempt to avoid the herds. Veliki Prstavac is in the Upper Lakes area, so most easily accessed by entering at Gate 2 and taking the short ferry across and walking up from there.

The cave is located inside the Plitvice National Park, you can get to it by trail. The great thing about it is that the trail crosses it, so you enter in one place and get out in other place. This was a nice experience for my 5 year old son. You don't need a flashlight to visit it, as the light comes in from below and from above. But be careful, because it's slippery, especially in rainy weather, since there is mud on the floor. But if you visit the Plitvice lakes, you mustn't miss it.
One of the peeks in Velebit in the area suitable for hiking and alpinism.
The Kabal peninsula protects the bay of Stari Grad town. At the entrance of the peninsula there is an 80 m high rock, the Kabal cape, and at the end of the bay is Stari Grad town. Thanks to the peninsula, Stari Grad is naturally one of the safest harbors of the Adriatic sea.
About 143 km long relief massif in Velebit. Consists of sharp rocky peaks immerging in the green woods of Dabar. Word Dabar is the old Slavic expression meaning deep valleys in between high cliffs.
